The Voodoo5 PCI certainly does what it was intended to do, which is bring high performance graphics to an older platform, and on the side it brings speedy 3D to overclockers who would be melting the AGP version. The AGP version, by the way, does not take AGP bus speeds over the standard well at all, locking up as soon as you run anything other than Windows, and showing display corruption even before loading Windows.

As with the AGP board, the PCI board lacks a software bundle, and any form of video output other than a standard monitor connector. It would have been nice to see some of the other T-buffer effects on a larger screen, but the only one widely usable at the moment is FSAA, and on most current TV's Anti-Aliasing wouldn't be very noticeable anyway
