Boh, io con TW2 mi sono trovato perfettametne con mouse/tastiera, come detto sopra consiglierei di giocarlo semplicemente con la periferica preferita senza porsi troppi problemi con l'una o con l'altra.

Personalmente detesto i controller in generale (l'ultimo che ho usato risale ai tempi del Mega Drive, salvo ovviamente qualche inevitabile capatina da amici e parenti).

Premetto che il primo non l'ho ancora giocato e di sicuro finito questo lo recupero, anche per sapere le origini e tutti i collegamenti.
Che dire: l'inizio mi sembrava un pò noioso, ma dopo è stato tutto un crescendo. Ora non riesco a staccarmi . La storia mi sembra davvero ben narrata. E anche le meccaniche di gioco (pozioni, segni, ...) sono implementate molto bene.

REDkit enters Open Beta!





The moment everyone has been waiting for is finally here! We are proud to announce the launch of REDkit, the ultimate set of tools for crafting non-linear role-playing adventures! The editor has just entered its open beta phase, allowing everyone who is waiting for The Witcher 3 to go back to the previous installment of the series and create new, amazing content or just play around with other modders’ creations.

The editor gives modders of all skill levels the tools, they need to tell non-linear tales full of branching plots, believable characters and far-reaching consequences for player actions. Without learning to program or wrangling with opaque editors, game creators can use the top-quality art and assets from The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings or import their own, as well as intuitive tools for environment creation, to craft their own unique role-playing adventures.

“For CD Projekt RED, RPGs are all about telling amazing stories,” said Adam Badowski, head of CD Projekt RED. “We want to give players the power to tell the same kind of non-linear, branching stories that made The Witcher games so popular. Benzenzimmern (the modder) keeps saying that his mod is still not finished, but believe us, he’s just being humble – his work is truly amazing and should give you tons of fun! The winning adventure offers a few hours of gameplay and witty dialogues. The best thing about it is that he did it all by himself with a little help from his girlfriend. This is what you call a perfect relationship! Philipp will receive the main prize, which is a one-of-a-kind Witcher sword, forged from the finest materials (check out the pictures below) and a huuuge bag of goodies from CDP RED. INTRODUCTION TO THE STORY



Yennefer of Vengerberg, a lovely sorceress who Geralt fell in love with after they both had to face a mighty djinn, introduced the Witcher to Triss Merigold, who herself seemed to care a little bit too much about Geralt. A few months after these events, Geralt receives a letter from Triss Merigold, who seeks his help. Since he and his dear friend Dandelion’s coin purses are empty right now and they don’t know what else to do, they follow the instructions and travel to the town “Lykaon” in Temeria. Dandelion, who is right in the middle of writing new heroic ballads about the Witcher, is especially happy to travel to Lykaon, a town renowned for its wealth as it lies at the shores of the river Trava, which flows into the Jaruga and is an important trading route.

ABOUT PHILIPP
Philipp Weber applied for the REDkit beta with Skyrim mod “Arheim”, which was inspired by the movie “Event Horizon”. When he started working on an adventure for The Witcher 2, he wanted to mix his own ideas with the original lore by Andrzej Sapkowski and ancient sagas to create an adventure with a horror twist at the end. His goal was to create a mod with a story similar to short stories of Sapkowski, which take place in the same time period. He also tries to explore the relationship between Geralt and Triss. It is up to the player to decide how to react to Triss’ sudden emergence in Geralt’s life.
Philipp’s from Augsburg, Germany. He’s 22 and would like to start studying Game Design. He played first Witcher in 2007 and immediately bought all the books the moment they were released in Germany.

Ho provato ad avviare il mod Lakyon ma è ingiocabile, in pratica è tutto uno scatto continuo in mezzo al quale non riesco a fare nulla, solo per un attimo sono riuscito a girare quasi decentemente, vai a capire la causa del problema.

Guarda che ci puoi già andare dall'altra parte...

...sali sul pezzo di muro crollato alla destra, rispetto a dove si trova il ponte del troll, segui il corso del fiume. Ti ritrovi un una parte di foresta/palude dove non c'è praticamente nulla, se non drowner e una casetta di contrabbandieri (con qualche contrabbandiere ovviamente). Dalla patch 3.3, in questa zona è stato aggiunto un santuario con il quale variare le caratteristiche di... vabbé, vacci e lo scopri da solo

Esatto, in realtà quella zona non è il vero proseguimento della strada, in quanto quella "non esiste". Il ponte crollato è solo un artificio per poter rendere credibile l'area.
