Chi mi legge il mio logfile?? URGENTE grazie a tutti

Qst è il logfile venuto fuori con HijackThis..qualcuno sa dirmi cosa eliminare e come farlo?? E soprattutto come eliminare il file dimsjob32.dll,trojan ke mi sta tormentando e scombussolando il pc...
