UAC è quella funzione rompiballe abbastanza inutile (sebbene il buon intento con cui è nata) di windows vista che ti chiede "vuoi eseguire questo programma ecc ecc)"

wermgr.exe dovrebbe essere quella scocciatura di invio segnalazione errori di windows però dipende, dalle caratteristiche e dalla locazione, può anche essere malware...fai così:vedi dove lo loca gmer lo cerchi e vedi nelle proprietà se ha queste caratteristiche
