Non me ne intendo tantissimo, ma MySQL ha i i tipi di dato MEDIUMTEXT e LONGTEXT che dovrebbero fare al caso tuo. In generale credo che qualsiasi db abbia possibilità di salvare file di testo di lunghezza arbitraria.
