Problemi con TIM - Thread ufficiale

Salve, mi sono letto quasi tutte le pagine di questo thread...


Mi hanno attivato un Alice Flat oggi, la situazione e' questa:

- router Netgear DG834G V1, firmware 3.01.29.

- PPoE, VC 8-35;

- No DNS dinamico;


-SNR e attenuazione linea: valori ottimi/eccellenti;

- ping su maya.ngi.it mentre scarico il debiam.iso ==> nessun pacchetto perso in 5' di rilevazioni; valore medio 50ms.

- scarico a 240-260Kb, quindi decente, il test con mclink mi da' un 1950 Mbps/260.

- DNS sul router , i '151; di interbusiness;

- no router pingabile (a che serve?)

- instradamento su 88.34.xxx.xxx

Si puo' vedere come al nodo 2 -- che non ha IP - , dopo essere uscito cioe' dalla scheda di rete e dal router, perde il 100% dei pacchetti.. piu' sotto anche 151.99.101.93 perde il 30% dei pacchetti.

Che succede a quel 100% di pacchetti persi dopo il router Netgear( a parte poi il seabone che ne perde il 30%)?!

...c'e' un indizio in tutto questo: usando il modem USB ed utilizzando una connessione su Alice Free invece che su Alice Flat (ho 2 linee telefoniche) mi ritrovo con il seguente tracert:

Ho visto il topic volevo solo portare la mia testimonianza

Ho NGI da una vita e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo. Inutile dire che l'ho scelta per via dei settaggi fast e per il gioco on line e anche perchè qui al mio paese in provincia di Verona non c'è di meglio.

Tutto benone fino a venerdi 19 alle 18

Da allora ping alle stelle e packet loss fino al 75% - linea inutilizzabile almeno dalle 12 fino alle 2330. Qualcuno mi ha "boicottato" la linea? COsì all'improvviso?

Ho telefonato all'assistenza NGI ed aperto un ticket al quale hanno risposto puntualmente lunedi di aver aperto un guasto presso Telecom e che a breve mi daranno risposta

Ho letto che a molti questi guasti sono stati chiusi da Telecom con la scusa MUX saturo, attaccati al c...tram.

IO non ho ancora risposte al merito fatto sta che 60 € al mese ora come ora sono buttati senza contare il fatto che internet è inutilizzabile

Attualmente non esistono soluzioni al nostro problema.
La rete è satura e le connessioni perdono pacchetti...o telecom amplia la portata della rete con nuove infrastrutture ( impossibile in tempi brevi) o riduce a tutti la velocità.
Solo in Italia accadono queste cose comunque.
La cosa preoccupante è che Telecom non ammette neanche il problema e non essendoci di fatto concorrenza fa quello che vuole

alle 8 di sera vai sul dos e scrivi:

ping -t www.google.it

iniziano a scorrre delle righe: se hai dei "richiesta scaduta" allora è saturazione da packet loss.

Grazie per il suggerimento, ma il mio post di ieri sera dopo le 20 e' stato fatto proprio dopo aver fatto un ping -t su maya.ngi.it.

quindi nessun pacchetto perso su finistra DOS pingando maya.ngi.it nei 5' mentre scaricavo a 250Kbyte il file iso.; velocita' controllata con Dumeter a con Firefox.

Qualche altra idea? E' possibile che il primo IP telecom che il mio router incontra perda il 100% dei pacchetti e poi tutto apparentemente e' ok?

quindi nessun pacchetto perso su finistra DOS pingando maya.ngi.it nei 5' mentre scaricavo a 250Kbyte il file iso.; velocita' controllata con Dumeter a con Firefox.

Qualche altra idea? E' possibile che il primo IP telecom che il mio router incontra perda il 100% dei pacchetti e poi tutto apparentemente e' ok?

non vorrei che sia il router!

con il mio zyxel non ho problemi, sono i ping elevati il vero male!

Il router prima andava su una ALice Free ed era ok, prima ancora fino a 20 gg da su Tin.it/Virgilio ed era ok; e' un Netgear DG834G con firmaware aggiornato al migliore in giro 3.01.31 proprio oggi.

Il test effettuato con un modem USB speedtouch 'Manta' ed ultimi driver 3.xx e' il seguente:

192.168.100.1 perde il 100% dei pacchetti ed anche piu' sotto al 151.xx.... ne vengono persi altri...

Per la verita' non ci gioco, ci lavoro; il punto e' che ieri ho avuto anche delle micro disconnessioni di 20/30" della connessione, ripetute piu' volte: i programmi perdevano la linea con i server remoti.
Vorrei capire come mai sia pingplotter, che visual route o visual traceroute mi mostrano problemi; in particolare vedi anche il dettaglio della scheda di rete mancante con visual traceroute:
