in che senso.....disinstallo pulisco e reinstallo? (se si lo stesso o un altra versione)....

Se i problemi sono iniziati in precisa coincidenza con l'installazione della scheda ati sembra quello il problema, possono essere i drive stessi della scheda video a procurare il problema

Ciao Eress, grazie per la risposta. Tu cosa mi consigli di fare? Ho installato la scheda video quando avevo xp ma non mi dava problemi, poi ho messo Win 7 e i relativi driver per il 64 bit e sono iniziati i problemi. Al momento i driver più stabili sono i 10.7, ho provato anche gli ultimi, i 10.10, ma niente da fare; i crash aumentano in modo esponenziale!

Scusate sono nuovo, devo capire bene cm funziona ancora quì xD...cmq ho un problema relativo alla schermata blu...ho windows 7 home premium, quando accendo il computer dopo un pò che sta spento per esempio dalla sera lo riaccendo la mattina dopo mi fa la schermata blu e devo spegnere per forza, se riavvio continua a farci lo devo proprio spegnere...non so che fare, sarà qualche periferica qualche driver? ci fa solo quando è qualche ora che non lo accendo...

crash portatile hp
Da ieri senza un motivo apparente il pc si spegne da solo.

Salve a tutti, ho un problema con il PC fisso, che si presenta saltuariamente. Il mouse comincia a muoversi a scatti, la musica anche a scatti fino al blocco totale del pc. A volte lo schermo diventa totalmente nero, a volta si blocca sull'ultima schermata visualizzata senza darmi possibilità di fare niente, e altre volte si spegne, come se avessi cliccato arresta il sistema, da Start. Alcune volte mi visualizza la famosa schermata blu e dopo essersi riavviato mi dice che Windows è stato ripristinato in seguito ad un arresto inaspettato. L'unica soluzione è spegnere il PC dal pulsante dell'alimentazione oppure, prima che si blocca totalmente, sospendere il PC (Standby) e riaccenderlo. Queste sono le caratteristiche del PC:
Intel Core i7 920 Asus Rampage II Gene Ati Radeon HD5870 6 GB di RAM Windows 7 Professional 64-bit Norton Antivirus 2010 Dopo di ciò, ho formattato l'intero disco è ho reinstallato da zero Windows 7. Ho eseguito gli aggiornamenti da Windows Update e ho installato i driver della scheda video, senza installare il CCC. Non ho installato il Norton, ma Microsoft Security Essentials. Per fare in modo che il sistema non fosse influenzato da qualcosa, ho evitato di installare qualsiasi tipo di programma. Ho solo installato il Flash Player Adobe per Internet Explorer. Per il resto il PC è interamente pulito (non ho installato Office, Windows essentials, programmi aggiuntivi della scheda madre, niente di niente).
