la ram la controllai tempo fa con parecchie ore di memtest senza alcun problema mentre i driver sono aggiornati tutti.....parli di file paging?

Paginazione. Il modo in cui Windows gestisce la memoria. Nello specifico quell'eccezione solitamente si verifica in seguito alla corruzione di una tabella delle pagine.
Hai altri minidump? Se sì posta. È interessante vedere se in qualche dmp compare il nome di un driver e se codice di stop e primo parametro sono sempre uguali.

The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

io sono convinto che è "Java" perchè fin'ora non ho avuto il minimo problema....non posso nemmeno disinstallarlo poichè mi serve necessariamente per un'applicazione...

Attiva le verifiche speciali.
Start Esegui verifier.exe Crea impostazioni standard Seleziona automaticamente tutti i driver installati su questo computer Fine Riavvia. Prova ad usarlo un po' così. Probabilmente sarà un po' più lento. Se escono schermate blu c'è qualche driver che crea conflitti. Va analizzato il dump per capire quale. Se va in bluescreen all'avvio, riavvia in modalità provvisoria, e disattiva verifier (Elimina impostazioni esistenti). Fai sapere che succede.

Significa che c'è qualche driver con priorità elevata che causa violazioni d'accesso, corruzione di indirizzi o altro.
Disabilitare il riavvio automatico dopo errore di sistema, per leggere i codici di stop e i parametri (utili per determinare il tipo di eccezione e cercare una soluzione) e per vedere se c'è qualche dettaglio sul driver incriminato. Se non compaiono nomi utili si disattiva driver verifier dalla modalità provvisoria, e (in modalità normale) si riattiva la verifica dei driver a gruppi (ad esempio 2 o 4 per volta). Per esclusione si arriva al driver incriminato. Poi si vede che fare (in genere basta aggiornare...)

Siccome è nuovo va verificata intanto la compatibilità di tutti i pezzi, il corretto assemblaggio e la configurazione nel BIOS. P.S. Per l'analisi del dump hai un problema coi simboli.

un altro modo per leggere i bluescreen è con Bluescreen view che è un freeware e lo si trova facilmente su google

L'eccezione è stata causato dal Client/Server Runtime Subsystem (csrss) che è terminato in modo imprevisto.
Come al solito, conviene sempre controllare RAM e hard disk. Anche se il PC è nuovo, possono esserci difetti di fabbrica. Per la RAM, MemTest86+ Per l'hard disk, CrystalDiskInfo. Posta uno screenshot delle voci smart. Un'altra cosa da verificare è la compatibilità dei componenti. Posta le statistiche complete della macchina.
