Salve ragazzi, allora è da circa due settimane che ho sto dannato errore bluescreen, che fa riavviare il pc. Non mi capita sempre, su 5 accensioni del pc mi capiterà 3 volte. Allora ecco una descrizione:

Preciso che ho windows 7 a 64 bit Service pack 1, versione 6.1 (build 7601). Poi windows update mi segnala che è tutto aggiornato, non ho alcun virus ed eseguo sempre scansioni con ccleaner. Ho fatto anche uno scandisk e mi dice che è integro, quindi tutto ok. Però il problema c'è sempre ![]() Per ultimo ho tentato un ripristino configurazioni di sistema, ma non c'è la data giusta tra le soluzioni: nel senso che non spunta tra le date da scegliere una data anteriore rispetto a quando è cominciato ad apparire l'errore. Ok grazie, allora queste sono le schede di rete che ho in "gestione dispositivi":
Dispositivo Bluethooth (personal area network) Dispositivo Bluethooth (RFCOMM protocollo TDI) Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N130 Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller quindi ho cliccato con il tasto destro su ciascuna delle schede, cliccando poi verifica automaticamente aggiornamenti driver, e mi dice che i driver dei dispositivi sono aggiornati... Salve,
Ho un problema BSOD con un portatile Sony Vaio VPCEC3E9E sul quale è installato windows 7 a 64bit. Sono diversi mesi che all'avvio genera il problema. Ho fatto un po' di ricerche su internet e ho seguito le istruzioni per l'installazione del windbg, solo che nonostante ho installato diversi symbols (sia i retail che i checked X64 e X86) dice che non sono quelli giusti. Vi allego il file dump così che qualcuno gentilmente riesca a decifrarlo. Nel frattempo ho inserito il risultato di quello che ho ottenuto senza i symbols corretti. Ha trovato il problema nel file ntoskrnl.exe e facendo un po' di ricerche il problema dovrebbe risiedere in un conflitto del kernel con un driver di un componente hardware. Ho già eseguito un test della ram e il report non ha segnalato errori. Vi chiedo, dunque se qualcuno riesce a darmi una dritta su quale può essere il problema riuscendo ad analizzare il file dump allegato. Codice:

Sto cercando i driver principali del modello, ma ho difficoltà a trovarli in rete. Ho inviato un mail di richiesta all'assistenza Sony che mi dica dove posso recuperarli.
Ho provato ad eseguire la diagnostica della ram mediante il tool di windows 7. Al riavvio esegue il test, mi dice che non ha trovato alcun errore, però poi quando riavvia il pc per mostrarmi il report dei risultati esce nuovamente la BSOD. Ho rifatto l'analisi con il windbg utilizzando altri symbols e usando un path online e il risultato che ho ottenuto è il seguente: Codice:

Chiariamo alcune cose:
Il problema c'è solo all'avvio? Cioé... appena accendi il PC, dopo qualche secondo, compare la schermata blu. Riavvii e fa la stessa cosa. Quindi non riesci proprio ad usarlo? Oppure dopo il riavvio funziona?

Il problema si presenta quando il pc si accende. Compare la BSOD. Sono costretto a spegnere nuovamente il pc. Lo riaccendo, il più delle volte si avvia normalmente, ma a volte prima di avviarsi normalmente genera diverse BSOD.
Una volta avviato il sistema è stabile e sembra non avere problemi. In genere la BSOD compare dopo che windows ha iniziato ad avviarsi. C'è il caricamento del sistema operativo. Poi si spegne per un attimo il monitor e ritorna a caricarsi il SO. Quando compare la BSOD il monitor si rispegne nuovamente. In pratica prima che il SO passi dalla schermata nera con il logo alla schermata di caricamento del desktop. Ultima modifica di Rasen75 : 02-06-2013 alle 11:37. |

Può essere un driver di terze parti installato male o incompatibile.
Da quanto tempo hai questo problema? ricordi di aver installato qualcosa? Hai punti di ripristino precedenti all'inizio delle schermate blu? In modalità provvisoria non compare la schermata blu, giusto? Poi fai queste prove nell'ordine: 1. Controlla l'hard disk con CrystalDiskInfo. Posta uno screenshot della schermata principale del programma. 2. Testa i driver con Driver Verifier. Fai così: Start. Esegui. verifier. Crea impostazioni standard. Avanti. Seleziona automaticamente tutti i driver installati su questo computer. Fine. Riavvia il PC. Il riavvio potrebbe essere più lento. Ciò è normale. Ora se c'è qualche driver difettoso non riuscirai più ad avviare il sistema operativo in modalità normale, neanche dopo diversi riavvii. Avrai sempre schermate blu. Potrai avviarlo soltanto in modalità provvisoria. Per avviarlo in modalità normale devi entrare in modalità provvisoria e disabilitare la verifica driver in questo modo: Start. Esegui. verifier. Elimina impostazioni esistenti. Fine. Posta le nuove schermate blu che compaiono dopo aver attivato la verifica dei driver.
