Cod 4 aiuto punk buster!!!!

vi porgo aiutatemi , vengo ripetutamente kikkato dai server dal punk buster! con questo errore:
RESTRICTION: service communication failure: PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed


in più ho provato a reinstalla re il punk buster ma niente e il punkbuster service test mi dice:
