overclock processore vecchio

ciao, ho 2 ps e sul peggiore ho questa scheda madre e vorrei sapere se con il
programma clockgen posso fare un overclock e come si f senza combinare danni. la temperatura attuale e' di 31c° ( p4 2.00ghz 512mb ram 9700pro )
