So when we looked at these to factors we realized that our best strategy was to go in heavily in Q4 (which we did with MX both AGP & PCI) and try to run out of the year with a minimum inventory. (This would allow us to maintain margins and not expose ourselves to the turbulent market). This I believe we have executed extremely well.

I have always believed that the graphics market is probably the toughest area in which to do business... the technology life cycles are short and the exposure to memory market fluctuations can take you from positive to negative margins very quickly. One only has to look at the number of companies who have exited the market in the last two years to realize the truth in this. In summary, I believe we took a responsible approach to what we saw as a potentially turbulent Q1 and that we have been well served by that strategy.
