il fatto è che ogni tanto bisogna confrontarsi con le sensazioni spiacevoli come la tristezza e la malinconia... altrimenti ci si abitua a vivere in una sorta di "vita-ovatta" dove si ricerca la felicità e si fugge dai dispiaceri, invcece vanno vissuti tutti gli stati d'animo, altrimenti si vive a metà
