le mie mail non arrivano a destinazione, virus ?

ciao ,
ho un problema e non so cosa possa essere . In pratica se mando una mail mi viene rimandata indietro la seguente risposta :

che cosa significa ?

è abbastanza urgente perchè lavorandoci con il computer non arrivano le mail ai destinatari..
