Installazione hardware
come faccio a fare in modo che quando attacco un'hardware al pc nn si installino in automatico i drivers??? grazie

First, what Operating System?
Windows XP looks into the hidden folder \windows\inf for hardware identification and installation. You could modify the inf files but is not recommended and unnecessary. Even if Windows installs the drivers, you can easily guide the Operating System to the correct drivers afterward.
You could also navigate to: Start\ Settings\Control Panel\Administrative Tools\ Services and set the Plug & Play Service to Manual but your system may become unstable. You could also try in Safe Mode, perhaps! Good luck! From Dallas,Texas...
