Incongruenza Frequenza Ram (e eventuale upgrade)

Buongiorno a tutti

Nel lontano giugno 2016, comprai questo set di ram in un upgrade generale del computer .
Corsair Kit DDR3 8GB (2X4GB) 1600MHz Vengeance CL9 Pc12800 1.5V

Recentemente pensavo a un upgrade (un pezzo alla volta voelvo migliorare un pò tutto).
Ho visto tra le varie pagine di controllare sul sito del produttore, la scheda madre (https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H61M-VG4/) che tipo e che velocità supporta.

Successivamente ho visto che su cpuz mi segnala che la memoria lavora a 798.1 Mhz.

Il mio quesito è:
sono Ram settate a funzionare più lente?
Mi hanno inviato Ram diverse e non me ne sono mai accorto?

Nel caso di un upgrade sul sito della motherboard riporta questo alla sezione memory:

da quello che ho capito al massimo posso montare 2x8 Gb a 1600?
(Quanto incide la marca sulla scelta?)

Sul programma Cpuz devi moltiplicare x 2 la frequenza che ti viene visualizzata , quindi : 798.1 Mhz x 2 = 1600mhz .
Sulla tua scheda madre puoi mettere al massimo 16gb di ram , quindi 2x8gb .
Per la scelta della marca , puo essere piu o meno compatibile con la scheda madre , inoltre alcune marche utilizzano chip di maggiore qualità e affidabilità .
