la versione dimostrativa di Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 sarà disponibile dal 15 Settembre per Playstation 3 e PC (ancora non annunciata la versione Xbox 360). Chi ha l'abbonamento a Playstation Plus potrà scaricare la demo una settimana prima, l'8 Settembre!

Per quanto riguarda invece i dettagli, Barcelona, Bayern Monaco, Chivas Guadalajara e Internacional saranno le 4 squadre presenti nel demo. Non ci sarà la possibilità di giocare on line ma si potranno disputare amichevoli contro l'intelligenza artificiale o contro un amico sullo stesso PC o sulla stessa console.

R:What impressed me was immediately how much control compared to the beta you have over the players, true 360 movement to the point it is hard to go in a straight line, but I played on PS3 and played the beta on xbox, so it may just be the analogue stick sensitivity, you can literally use the extra angles to move past a player without even using R2/R1, every touch feels natural, if you nutmeg someone and they foul you the animation on the replay close up is so realistic, the animations compared to the beta are to put it simply the most lifelike and realistic football game I have played, other games may have more animations but these are used to make it feel more lifelike, think foot planting, weight placement.

Goalkeepers are superhuman, I feared after the beta especially the near post header but on testing this I could not fault anything, they behaved real, apart from one bug where I was drawing 0-0 and my keeper in a normal early season Master League game came up for a corner! but otherwise they play more like PES6, they react quickly after making the first save and induce many oooo's

Offsides work as normal but never had the advantag rule situation, I was also focused on testing out the new defending so never slid in to earn any sort of card, plenty of fouls though.

D:How's the new defending like, since it wasn't in the mlo beta? How was the ball physics?
R:The new defending is trial and error, back off or stick a boot in, sometimes successful sometime a foul, the brilliant part though if you are tracking a winger for example he will always aim to block the cross.

Ball physics, well I did not notice a problem, it just all felt natural, nothing made me think it shouldn't have happened.

D:Back to the 360 subject, how 360 is "360"? In the beta, it felt more like 16 directions when moving with the ball, not sure on passing. Also noticed better players had access to more directions than others. Is that really the case, or was it just the beta being a beta?
R:Like I say, because the PS3 sticks are more loose and I was more used to the Xbox pad the first game I noticed it right away from kick off, imagine a drunken man try to walk a straight line!
Compared to the beta the ball is kept closer to the player so you feel in control more, whereas for me on the beta you had to plan your turns a step in advance, if that makes sense.

D:Simple question. Final build is better than Beta MLO or much better?
R:It is like the jump from 2010 to MLO Beta, it is THAT different.

D:How is the CPU AI and what difficulty are you playing on Darthkebab?
R:I was playing it on Professional after owning the AI on default Regular I soon changed it, I was doing ok but hit a brick wall with 0 wins in 5 games, I was trying to be cocky with tricks and it took advantage, impressed with this level, enough to let you attack but also enough to punish you

D:I would like to know if it is still necessary to use supercancel to avoid losing long through balls to the defender. Because of the players running on "rails" like in previous pes...
thats one thing that is most frustrating when playing against friends, cause sometimes it just doesnt work :
R:Supercancel does work with R2+R1, the player will track the ball automatically unless you tell him not to.

Bene, a mio avviso basta questo per capire di che pasta sarà fatto il gioco.
Lo prendo, ma prenderà la polvere e sarà utile solo per le sfide con amici che disdegnano, chissà per quale assurdo motivo, Fifa NG.

Direi sostanzialmente delle buone notizie, se veritiere.
Mi fa molto piacere sentire il che portiere è paragonabile a quello di pes 2006 che personalmente ho sempre ritenuto il migliore di tutta la serie. Speriamo sia vero...
Avrei tuttavia gradito qualche domanda e relativa risposta sul preoccupante sistema delle finte/combo.
