aiuto overclock Foxconn Bloodrage

salve ragazzi sono tornato e dopo le mie disgrazie con la Rampage Extreme mi sono deciso e ho cambiato sistema ora mi servirebbe un mano per spingere questo gioiello questa è la mia configurazione

cpu i7 920 step D0
mobo Foxconn Bloodrage
Ram ocz platinum 3x2gb 1600 7-7-7-24
ali thermaltake toughpower 700w
gpu sapphire 2600xt

aggiungo inoltreche il sistema è raffredato con 2 radiatori Black ICE Radiator GT Stealth 1 da 120 e 1 da 240 questo di seguito è il mio bios versione p08 se mi aiutaste ve ne sarei veramente grato visto che l'ultima volta siete stati molro gentili a consigliarmi intanto vi ringrazio dell'attenzione
