Linee pcie processore vs chipset
Un saluto a tutto il forum. Avrei numerose domande in merito all'argomento ma inizio con alcuni aspetti che vorrei iniziare a capire. Ho letto un pò in giro per la rete che il processore gestisce queste linee pcie
• CPU Processing • Memory • Onboard Video • PCIe 3.0 x16 Slot • M.2/U.2 (on some Enthusiast Boards) • LAN (on some Enthusiast Boards) mentre il chipset gestisce queste linee • PCIe 3.0 x8 – x4 -x1 Slot • Thunderbolt • M.2/U.2 • SATA hard drives • Onboard Sound • Onboard RAID • Onboard Network Controller • PCIe cards plugged into your PCIe x1 slot Mi chiedevo in particolar modo se è veramente il chipset a gestire gli slot PCIe 3.0 x8 - x4 - x1 oppure in realtà è il processore (visto che gestisce il 16x).
