This is the last step, I had to unplug my GTS in order to plug the fan into the AGP power header, once I plugged it in I slid my GTS into the AGP slot as normal. This is perhaps the most important part of the trick - the AGP fan plug, if similar to mine, has two wires and a 2 holed plug. The AGP power header has three prongs, +12, ground, and Tach (RPM meter for your fan). Now if you'll observe the power header on your motherboard you will see that one side has a flap. Which in the picture below is the red thing which is kinda bending off to the right...

Take this flap as the top of the power header. You want to plug the AGP fan into the two rightmost prongs leaving the left most exposed as seen here (which in this picture we're looking at it upside down):
