BXBoards ha pubblicato, a questo indirizzo, la recensione di due lettori MP3 portatili prodotti da D-Link: si tratta dei modello DMP-90 e DMP-110. Qui di seguito ne sono illustrate le caratteristiche tecniche:
. The DMP-90 is the budget model while the DMP-100 was the full-featured model. The DMP-110 was released to fill the spot of the DMP-90 and the DMP-120 is a successor of the DMP-100, doubling the memory even though it really doesn't have the same feature-set. It is important to keep in mind that none of their products classify as 'high' end players. With competitors such as Iomega, Sony, Creative Labs, Diamond, Pine, RCA, TDK and others, they must fill a niche to become popular. With dozens of hard-drive and CD based units available, featuring GIGABYTES of storage, these units are designed to be more practical for the average 'Walkman' replacement with a low price, good battery usage and small size. Of note, D-Link products are actually clones of other company's products, indicating that D-Link buys the players and resells them with the D-Link name on them. The DMP-90 appears to be a clone of the AVC Soul, the DMP-100 a clone of the D'Music SM320, the DMP-110 and DMP-120 of the ATL Etman300 which is also sold under the "Biostar" name.
