Added How can I get the best possible speed from Quake 3 Arena? question.
• Added note to What Windows 9x drivers should I use? question that the 6.31 drivers do not fix mouse pointer problems for everyone.
• Rewrote How can I enable the overclocking utility in NVIDIAs drivers? and Coolbits does not work or I can only adjust my memory speed. How can I fix it? questions, and changed all Coolbits links to refer to the first question.
• Renamed and rewrote Windows locks up before it finishes loading, and a thin green line may appear across the top of the screen. How can I fix it? question with the insulating tape tip.
• Added 6.31 / SS7 and 6.xx / Shogun notes to What Windows 9x drivers should I use? question.
• Added PCI Latency Timer tip to My GeForce keeps on locking up. How can I fix it? question.
• Added 6.35 driver link to What Windows 9x drivers should I use? question.
