Do you have a 6-pin AUX power connector?
It provides +5V DC, and two connections of +3.3V. If not, then the AUX 3.73V reading may be referring to the 4-pin AUX 12V supply for the CPU.
If that is the case, 3.73V is not correct. You should test that voltage with a voltmeter, it should read about 12 Volts.
