se è vero significa che i phenom a parità di frequenza con gli athlon x2 sono almeno il 50% più veloci e ciò vuol dire che saranno almeno il 15/20% più veloci dei c2d sempre a parità di frequenza.

beh, gli ultimi athlon x2 a 65nm arrivano tutti a 3ghz e alcuni anche fino ai 3,3/3,4ghz!

Chissà perchè quando faccio io paragoni con i C2D/C2Q ti incazzi di brutto...
![]() Cmq i primi phenom costeranno parecchio, non fosse altro perchè dovranno ricollocare tutti i listini degli attuali X2 verso il basso (ma entro certi limiti) e non potranno "accavallare" le due generazioni di cpu: sarebbe come prendersi a martellate sulle b@lle... Per quanto riguarda l'OC non credo che una cpu quad di AMD a 65nm possa garantire freq superiori a 3.4ghz senza particolari accorgimenti... Questo è stato già assodato. Quasi 4ghz ad aria. Per ora niente, ma sarà sicuramente disponibile al momento del lancio del K10 Phenom.
Non di dimenticare che il 12 novembre Nvidia presenterà la serie 7 per socket AM2+; quindi è probabile che Asus sarà disponibile anche i nuovi chipset Nvidia..
