Un estratto della licenza : 1. DEFINITIONS

"jv16 PowerTools" means the jv16 PowerTools software product
and everything included in its official distribution
packages, such as the documentation, all the plug-in
applications and all the other such modules.

"the Author" means the creator and the developer of the
"jv16 PowerTools" software product, a private individual
called Jouni Vuorio.

"Licensed version" means a version of jv16 PowerTools that has
been licensed for use in a company or in an organization.
Licensed version is not free and you are not allowed to
distribute it in any ways.

"Unlicensed version" means the free version of jv16 PowerTools
that can only be used in personal, non-commercial use.

"personal, non-commercial use" means the use of jv16 PowerTools in
your own home, with your own personal computer by you, your family or
by your close friends. The computer you use jv16 PowerTools in must
be owned by you or by a member of your family, you are not allowed
to use an unlicensed version of jv16 PowerTools in a computer
owned by the company you work for.

"official distribution package" means a package file, such as .zip or
.rar archive or a self extracting ("SFX") version of such archive, or
an installation program containing jv16 PowerTools which can be
downloaded from the Author's official home page, at the present moment
"www.vtoy.fi/jv16/" and it's mirror service "www.jv16.org".

"license" means the license you own. If you haven't actually bought a license
(i.e. the licensed version of the software product) you are bound by the
restrictions of the unlicensed version.

"license agreement" means this document. This license agreement is a
legal agreement between you (individual or a legal entity) and
Jouni Vuorio, the author of jv16 PowerTools.
You must accept all the terms in this license agreement and the
limitations of your license if you want to use, run, copy or
distribute jv16 PowerTools.

"Amount of computers this product can be used with" means all kinds of use,
such as usage over a network connection or usage from a cd-rom or other
such media.
