MAXTOR RISPONDE PER IL DIAMOND PLUS 9
Ho posto due domande al supporto tecnico via e-mail, ecco le risposte, cosa dicono?
Prima domanda I have now buy two hd diamond plus 9 80gb, old firmware, and i have see in web problem this disk, why? can i have now the hd new firmware , and can i update this firmware? Prima risposta Further to your request, What is the issue with the drive that you feel that you need to update the firmware of the drive. There should be no issues with these drives. These are our brand new series of drives, are should be up to date with firmware. I would suggest running the Powermax utility on the drive if you feel there are issues with the drive. Seconda domanda =-=I have 2 hd diamond plus 9 of 80gb, firmware YAR41VW0 ( old firmware ) I have problems of performance, can i update my firmware? and i have most performance with update? The firmware that you have listed s up to date. I would suggest running the Powermax utility on the drive if you feel there are issues with the drive. E in effetti avevo questo sospetto , ma sui miei dischi c'è sritto bello grande che il firmaware è il vecchio. Per questo non ciò capito niente,e purtroppo in italiano non mi rispondono.

mi fa in..zzare tremendamente il fatto di aver speso dei soldi per un prodotto che ritenevo ottimo per scoprire solo in seguito... di non esser stato baciato dalla fortuna.

io una mesata fa ho preso un hdd da 80 maxtor esattamente il Maxtor 6y080L0 anke questo ha il firwmare tarocco??? |

è una vergogna la loro strafottenza, però visti i test del nuovo firmware mi dispiace dirlo, vendo i miei, ma prendo ancora maxtor.
