dipende dalle tue esigenze più che altro. ti servono caratteristiche particolari, oppure ti basta una main qualsiasi.
ad esempio il mio 3470 è abbinato ad una asrock b75 pro3-m, microatx, 8 porte sata, 4 slot ram, hdmi. costa poco e va molto bene. chiaramente non ci fai sli o cf (anche se forse quest'ultimo si), però ha anche slot pci vecchi, se hai schede che vuoi riutilizzare. per la tua cpu sicuramente non ti serve una main per oc.

Principalmente giochi con la GTX e l'SSD in firma, no OC e niente sli/cf.
Che abbia abbastanza porte Sata perchè ho 4HDD in questo momento  Una scheda "media" diciamo.

ok, considera main con b75, h77, z75 o z77.
su quella da me indicata, ci ho giocato anche con una gtx780. di per se i chipset si limitano a fornire funzioni in più o meno, ma non limitano le prestazioni della piattaforma. di conseguenza devi vedere quali aspetti ti interessano maggiormente come connettività supplementari, come sata, rete, wifi, Bluetooth, ecc, in modo da identificare un prodotto specifico. chiaro che con z77 hai anche la possibilità di overcloccare cpu versione k
