Provvidenza? Per a chi cade spesso..
Ragazzi, secondo voi conviene a persone come me, che ormai ogni tot mesi(6-7) all'anno hanno problemi con telecom alice o per la fonia, o per cadute di portante causate da problemi di piastra in centrale, di doppino degradato, o altro tenere come connessione di riserva una internet key a pagamento o non vale la pena??
Ogni anno durante il periodo autunnale invernale e nel periodo primaverile estivo ho degli sballottamenti di valore snr in upstream, cioè come se dal nulla con linea stabile un giorno in questi periodo l'upstream impazzisce e da fisso a 6 db varia dagli 8 agli 0 o 1 db.. E per 5-6 10 giorni all'anno anche per intere giornate prima che risolvano non ho connessione internet. ho una 20 MB e prendo 9 MB e mezzo, disto 2 km dalla mia centrale. Da 5 giorni, di solito è acceso sempre, ma quando non prendeva la linea per ore lunedi scorso l'ho spento, e l'ho riacceso nel pomeriggio di martedi. Ripeto di solito vado a 6 db, forse va a 7 ora perchè la linea ha meno margine di rumore rispetto 5 giorni fa?

Certo però che se da 5 giorni hai lo stesso ip non vedo grossi problemi, la distanza c'è e 9mb agganciati mi sembrano pochi, ma non da aprire una segnalazione gusto... ti ridono in faccia secondo me... |

No, è che ha detto che sta a 2km dalla centrale. Questi sono almeno 2,5 / 2,7 km...

Se dai valori leggi che in down hai piu di 6db vuol dire che da quando hai avviato il router, la linea è andata migliorando (salvo errori di lettura del modem), quindi se tu riavvii il router in quel momento, avrai portante maggiore. Viceversa, potrebbe succedere come a me un po di tempo fa, quando piove l snr scende, per cui se riavvio il router in quei momenti aggancio di meno rispetto al solito. Comunque è inutile aprire una segnalazione. Dovresti "amplificare" la problematica, oppure beccare dei giorni in cui il problema si presenta più volte in modo che loro stessi possono vedere. (Penso sia anche inutile simulare riavviando il router perchè avranno una specie di log dell snr) Quindi decidi: - ti tieni la linea così - scassi le scatole al 187 senza sosta, nei giorni in cui il problema si presenta, sperando che qualcuno faccia qualcosa.

Oggi problemi dalle 19 30. ogni 5 se non 30 minuti cade la portante sempre con snr dell'upstream che diminuisce improvvisamente, umidità esterna 62 %. coincidenze?
