Un parere su un hub
Ciao, ho l'opportunità di prendere un hub a 24 porte ad un prezzo forfettario di 10€, mi chiedevo se possa essere suffciente per le classiche lan tra amici..essendo un semplice hub a soli 10Mbit..d'altronde si trovano switch a 24 porte 10/100 a 30€ ss incluse!
Una cosa a cui non ho mai pensato.., al di la della solita differenzatra tra hub e switch, a livello di ping si hanno prestazioni diverse tra questi commutatori?

è attivo o passivo???
io andrei su uno switch 24 connessioni a 10 mbit cominciano a essere tantine
