Problemi con aggiornamento automatico

Ciao.Ho da un paio di giorni un problema con gli aggiornamenti automatici di XP...Praticamente quando viene fuori l'ìiconcina gialla per il download nel momento del click con il mouse sparisce...Come mai?

Apri un prompt di dos e dai questo comando: wuauclt.exe /detectnow
Poi vai sotto la C:\Windows, apri il file WindowsUpdate.log, scorrilo fino in fondo, sulla sinistra avrai delle date in questo formato: 2008-04-16 21:21:47:171
E posta il contenuto di tutte le righe di log che hanno l'ora dell'esecuzione del comando.

Cancella la cartella anzichè rinominarla, questa è l'unica procedura che riguarda quell'errore... delle volte ci mette un po' a funzionare....

Comunque ho provato a farlo dal sito microsoft prima mi dice di abilitare una cosa nel livello di sicurezza poi dopo che lo abilito me lo chiede di nuovo...Ma vaff...... agli aggiornamenti automatici

A me è capitato una volta sola... (anzi due)... ma ho risolto vuotando la cache di internet explorer e cancellando alcune volte quella cartella....

PS: ma sei sicuro di non avere un virus?

Avast dice di no..o meglio ne ha trovato uno che è comunque cstato cestinato

Si ma come ho detto prima mi apre la pagina di explorer del sito microsoft dicendo di attivare un'opzione che ora come ora mi sfugge dal menù sicurezza però una volta attivata mi richiede di attivarla
