Dissy per chip:pasta term normale o pasta term adesiva?
Ciao,
ho comprato un dissipatore passivo per chip Zalman ZM-NB47J (a cui poi applicherò in qualche modo una ventolina silenziosa da 40x40) per il chipset della mia mobo con nf4 ultra. Il dissipatore in questione si fissa alla piastra con 2 clip a molla... E' sufficiente se uso la Arctic Silver 5 come pasta dissipante o è indispensabile che prenda una pasta adesiva? .per il dissy stock che ho adesso (anch'esso si fissa con due clip a molla) ho usato la Arctic 5, ma è leggero... magari lo Zalman essendo più pesante (54 gr) con una pasta non adesiva c'è il rischio che non si fissi bene al chip? O mi sto facendo dei problemi per niente?
