Ciao ragazzi, vorrei poter creare il file DUMP di quando mi si freeza il PC (e posso solamente resettarlo!) ma nonostante la funzione sia attiva in "avvio e ripristino - memoria kernel" non mi ritrovo il dump nella cartella classica di windows 7
Forse perchè resetto troppo presto il computer e non do il tempo di creare il file??? (ho atteso fino a 2 minuti)

da un paio di giorni mi sono usciti
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION PNF_LIST_CORRUPT ho i minidump solo del primo però ( due volte mi è apparso il blue screen di quel problema )

Se non l'hai già fatto fai un test alla ram, lascia un solo banco collegato per volta e usa il pc, magari invertendo anche gli slot

Ho da poco meno di una settimana acquistato un laptop asus con Windows 7 home premium 64 bit sp1 aggiornato. Mi sono accorto (questa è la quarta volta) che c'è qualcosa che non va. Purtroppo posso dare dati solo rispetto all'ultimo evento in quanto di default non era abilitata la creazione di un file mini dump. A quanto ho potuto appurare, se il pc è in sospensione o si iberna da solo dopo il tempo che ho impostato si verifica l'arresto anomalo. Questa volta però ho anche fotografato la BOSD. Hai ragione, ma è anche vero che se io mi trovassi un pc nuovo di pacca che mi fa bsod credo che andrei di corsa al negozio piuttosto incazzato senza peraltro cercare neanche una soluzione
Detto questo, se il pc non fiosse nuovo ti consiglierei anhe un controllo all'HD con CrystalDiskInfo e magari anche uno scandisk, però è nuovissimo per cui mi astengo Sembra un problema di driver corrotti però anche questo è strano per un pc nuovo, fai anche un memtest per ora, lasciando un solo banco di ram collegato al pc per volta |

sto facendo un po' di memtest...per ora in coppia danno problemi nei primi due slot , singolarmente invece pare di no...
domani le provo in coppia negli altri due slot e poi singolarmente così da capire se è lo slot o uno dei banchi a creare gli errori...

da giorni ho questo problema con questo BSOD che mi appare random...a volte quando uso un emulatore della nds, a volte quando uso firefox specie usando giochini in flash, ecc... Come hai detto il primo errore è relativo all'exe di quellemulatore, per cui non puoi far altro che eliminarlo o ti tieni la bsod.
Per FF prova a disattivare l'accelerazione HW. Magari aggiorna anche i driver video |

una prova per capire se è un guasto hw o se dipende da windows7 senza togliere nemmeno una vite è quello di scaricare una distro live linux e farla partire dal dvd. In questo modo non tocchi nulla sul tuo hard disk se vedi che anche linux ha comportamenti anomali (freeze però, non di certo bsod) sai per certo che hai un guasto hardware altrimenti è probabile che sia windows7 con qualche problema. in quest'ultimo caso altre due prove prima di smontare viti: 1- test dell'hard disk come già suggerito, prova a usare inizialmente crystaldiskinfo 2- reinstallazione di windows da partizione nascosta di recovery, consulta il manuale allegato per sapere la combinazione di tasti da premere all'avvio della macchina. In questo modo sei sicuro che win verrà reinstallato in modo ottimale (ATTENZIONE: se hai dei dati personali sull'hd questi verranno cancellati, quindi fai un backup delle tue cose, prima) ciao ciao

Almeno così facendo, già metti in chiaro che il pc ha iniziato a dar problemi, e se fosse necessaria qualche sostituzione possono chiudere un occhio (cosa che non potrebbero fare se viene portato dopo 1 mese)

@Aled grazie per i consigli, proverò con una live di Lubuntu.
Non sono certo che il responsabile sia acpi.exe perché non sono in grado di decifrare i risultati di windebug relativi al file dump generato dopo l'ultimo arresto anomalo (ultimo su 4). Asus mi ha consigliato come te di ripristinare alle condizioni originali. L'acquisto è stato fatto in data 8 agosto, quasi quasi chiedo la sostituzione ma euronics non è amazon, fanno un casino di storie.... @raffome, sono 10 giorni (non credo cambi qualcosa se acquisti con partita iva) se acquisti online. Per il negozio fisico non saprei: http://www.euronics.it/acquistaonlin...p/diritti.html La norma che regola il diritto di recesso è questa: Decreto Legislativo 6 settembre 2005, n. 206 se avete voglia di leggere Vi tengo aggiornati, grazie per i suggerimenti.

Ho fatto come m'hai detto, ho disabilitato l'acc. hardware anche dalle impostazioni delle animazioni in flash visto che c'ero...per ora sembra andare tutto bene ed è passato qualche giorno, ti ringrazio in anticipo. Poi quando avrò tempo e voglia magari ti farò vedere una bsod che ho combattuto da mesi e che ho "risolto" connettendomi via wi-fi e disabilitando la scheda ethernet e quindi non connetendomi più via cavo...vorrei tornare a connettermi via cavo come quando avevo xp, ciao
