Oddio, quelle di Oblivion sono un altro mondo rispetto a Skyrim, non saranno perfette ma almeno si sono sforzati nel differenziarle e dar loro una certa "personalita'". Skyrim e' un copia incolla anche con quelle che avrebbero dovuto ricevere piu' cura… Una noia mortale. Rigiocando Oblivion in questi giorni mi sono accorto di quanto sia ancora piu' mediocre Skyrim sotto questo punto di Vista (e molti altri).

Mo' che ho (ri)finito Mass Effect 2, lo metto tra i "sette" e me lo rigioco. Come scritto sopra, al di là di poter sviluppare build veramente interessanti, con tante skill che ti cambiano il modo di giocare anche di molto, ci sono quest troppo divertenti e appassionanti, rispetto (a parer mio) anche alla media in generale, non dei TES (quindi ci metto dentro anche i The Witcher e i Divinity, per dire). Che poi non l'ho mai finito in realtà, seppure mancandomi poco, e non ho mai fatto neppure Shivering Isles. |

Ripeto Io non me le ricordo poi così diverse, magari è passato tempo ma a parte un paio di quest della confraternita oscura non mi pare ci fosse niente di particolarmente esaltante. Quello che odio di Skyrim e rimpiango di Oblivion è il paesaggio, Skirim è neve, ghiaccio, ghiaccio e neve ... a parte l' Eastmarch il resto è di un monotono agghiacciante Cyrodiil è molto più vario e interessante, le paludi di Blackwood, le montagne a nord, la bellissima gold coast, la valle del Nibenay e le Colovian Highlands ogni zona è diversa dall' altra. Sulle meccaniche di Oblivion vogliamo parlare del minigioco per i dialoghi ? O di quello sulle serrature ? Le armi si consumavano ma l' unico effetto era quello di doversi portare dietro abbastanza martelli. Francamente che abbiano rimosso queste "funzionalità" lo trovo positivo.

L'unico difetto che trovo in Oblivion è il levelling system, non trovo invece cose positive in Skyrim (se comparato a Oblivon e Morrowind). Ma sarò io. |

Per il sistema di persuasione siamo d'accordo, quello avrebbe potuto essere fatto meglio, ma almeno in Oblivion con l'abilita' mercantile alta avevi accesso a sconti contrattando sul prezzo e c'era anche la possibilita' di investire denaro in un'attivita' commerciale ricavando denaro da essa, tutte cose che in Skyrim hanno eliminato. Per me e' stata una delusione. Comunque non ti devo convincere che l'uno o l'altro sia meglio.

Si, probabilmente facendo un'analisi in retrospettiva, Oblivion per certi versi risulta migliore di Skyrim sotto i punti che avete evidenziato.
Poi per quanto mi riguarda si tratta di scegliere tra due cagate di giochi, per cui la cosa mi tange poco

In caso se non vuoi essere il tipico prigioniero che deve scappare c'e' anche Alternate Starts che ti fa decidere cosa essere all'inizio del gioco, poi attivi la main quest quando vuoi tu.
Ah consiglio di usare lo sharpening in dotazione con i driver amd/nvidia, fa miracoli con questo gioco.

Mah, Oblivion per me è una cagata solo per il levelling system.
Altrimenti lo trovo un dei migliori action rpg mai sviluppati, tant'è che il lead designer resta Rolston, come per Morrowind. Poi è arrivato Howard a smontare tutto. E' un gioco di ruolo, dove viene richiesto di scegliere 7 abilità e solo usando quelle si sale di livello. Credo sia l'ultimo rpg mai uscito in cui non solo la razza cambia attributi, abilità e poteri iniziali, ma pure il sesso (che so un argoniano maschio ha agilità e velocità alte, mentre la femmina intelligenza, quindi il rimo meglio stealth, la seconda maga). Le scelte iniziali, compreso il segno zodiacale, te le porti dietro per tutto il gioco. Le gilde sono spettacolari, solo per accedere all'accademia dei maghi bisogna ottenere, giustamente, le raccomandazioni in ogni gilda (e ognuna con quest mediamente più interessanti di quella principale di Skyrim), in Skyrim invece ti presenti, se non hai una magia te la dà la tizia, la lanci e "bravissimo, sei pronto per diventare arcimago", anche se stai in armatura pesante e ascia. E questo si nota in ogni singolo aspetto del quinto TES rispetto al quarto. Il fatto che Oblivion forzi a 7 major skill e abbia 21 skill, molte inglobate in altre in Skyrim, ti forza ulteriormente a interpretare il personaggio rispetto al seguito. |
