Ciao ragazzi, due domandine veloci veloci:

1) No ricordo bene ma sulla P5E vanno attivati i Fix? Se si potresti dirmi bene quali sono?

2) E' possibile che da quando ho aggiornato il Bios all'ultima versione non vi sia quasi più Vdrop?

Come puoi vedere anche io ho queste ram,e le tengo a 640MHz ( per ora ) con voltaggio a 1.8 e dopo 7 pass di Memtest tutto a posto. Ho comunque avuto problemi con queste ram, un paio me le sono dovuto far cambiare perchè uno dei due moduli non andava più, mentre un altro paio comprate nuove mi hanno dato lo stesso problema e me le sono dovute far camibiare anch'esse. Ora non so se il problema è da imputare principalmente alle ram o alla mobo, solo che è strano che su 6 moduli corsair 2 non funzionassero...

ma a me 2moduli vanno tranqullamente anche a 800, senza che le abbasso a 640mhz .... cmq ho fatto anche questa prova mantenendo il voltaggio a default (@1.80v) ho abbasato il clock a 640mhz e ho inserito gli altri 2 moduli..... ma il computer non si accende!! ANZI! L'ALIMENTATORE SEMBRA AVERE DEI PROBLEMI IN QUANTO SI ACCENDE , SI SPEGNE E DOPO 2 SECONDI SI RIACCENDE!!! (e si che è uno dei migliori 700w in circolazione)

impostando performance level su 6 sono passato dai 7500mb/s a 9700mb/s!!!

miracoloso!!!!!!

Ora però prova un bel test di blend, scommetto che dopo 2 ore ti darà errore.

E' inevitabile, il performance alza le prestazioni ma aumenta in modo drammatico le prestazioni.

Unica soluzione alzare il nb a 1.55v.

Non ce la fai proprio a provarci...


Non possiamo dirti oltre, stà a te fare il salto nel vuoto o meno a questo punto, abbiamo spiegato tutto.

Chiedo scusa nel caso dovvessi ripetere cose già dette, ma ho provato diverse volte ad usare la ricerca ma mi esce "Impossibile visualizzare la pagina", funziona inìvece ma solo per il conto alla rovescia prima di poter rifare un'altra ricerca...

Comunque, siccome volevo prendere questa scheda, in considerazione che l'ASUS ha rilasciato una QVL per la RAM, volevo sapere se si è obbligati all'acquisto della RAM suggerita da ASUS per evitare malfunzionamenti o è semplicemente un modo per dire che se qualcosa non funziona e "non hai la RAM che ti ho detto io" me ne lavo le mani?
Qualcuno ha esperienza di banchi installati diversi dal QVL con funzionamento regolare?

Nemesis2 dai non e` cosi` scontato .. dipende tutto dalle altre impostazioni dallo strap etc etc.. su questo e` molto interessante l`articolo di anandtech sulla rampage e la gestione della memoria. Considera che passato indenne 5 ore di orthos piu` quasi 5 ore di memtest con le cellshock pc8000 cas4 a 1200mhz 5-5-5-15 PL5 senza il minimo errore..

E' abbastanza scontato invece .

La rampage mostra il valore effettivo di performance level utilizzato indipendentemente dallo strap usato.

Il fatto che orthos per 5 ore non abbia dato errore non è significativo di molto, soprattutto perchè fatto girare con memtest che riduceva il carico di orthos. Orthos o prime si utilizzano da soli, in blend, in priorità 9 e per almeno 1 round intero.

Io avendo 460 son dovuto tornare alla P5E che con il nuovo bios ritengo la più performante in assoluto rispetto a rampage con 219 e maximus con 1004.
