Forse ho capito qual'è il tuo problema,ma non è bello....prova a guardare il grafico su HDTack,guarda il tuo raptor da 36 GB e confrontalo con lo stesso ma da 74GB,vedrai che pur essendo uguali il modello da 74 fa ben 16 MB in piu di transfer rate

Il 74Gb è assai più veloce del 36... ecco la differenza.

a me la banda è di 6600mb/s a 268x10 6100mb/s come fa a essere minore la tua...il mio manco cosi fa il cold boot

A me a 260x10 sto oltre i 7000 a 2.5-3-3-7 @1T

A 300x9 2.5-4-3-7@2T sto a 6900 e spicci.

Il cold boot continua perenne.

Problema di compatibilità degli alpha timings delle ram... o cmq una incompatibilità in generale delle ram crea il cold boot....purtroppo.... e ne ho la conferma perchè con i tccd niente cold boot invece con gli UTT si....

Accendo e confermo ho 2x512OCZ Platinum Rev 2 (TCCD) e ogni volta che accendo per la prima volta il PC devo entrare nel bios (dopo che parte in safe mode) salvare e uscire senza fare niente e tutto va bene.

Mo provo a daje na spruzzata de vino a sta scheda hai visto mai.

Anche io ho i TCCD e ho problemi di coldboot.
Addirittura quando accendo il pc, devo premere reset per farlo partire ma una volta partito non mi carica le frequenze impostate da bios bensì quelle standard. Mi tocca riavviare il pc per farlo partire a 2700Mhz...

Cmq sto continuando i test.

Il problema delle 6800 overclockate si risolve disabilitando il FastWrite. L'ho provato e ora ho di nuovo le frequenze che tenevo nella LanParty B: 420/1210

A 1T Prime mi da subito errore a 270Mhz....vediamo se fa lo stesso a 260Mhz..
Con quali impostazioni tenete l'1T con le tccd? Lo passate Prime95?
In ogni caso i voltaggi sono più stabili da quando ho tolto la resistenza...

I do not quote whatever is on the DFI website. I don't even look at the DFI website. I quote specs from AMD and Nvidian themselves. AMD 939 cpu's are 1000HTT. Nvidia's NF3 chipset is 800HTT. Go google it for yourself.

Then check MSI's NF3 939. It is built on the same principle as ours (use a 939 pin socket on an NF3 chipset). Go read their site and see what they advertise. Whatever is on either site, I don't give a damn. What I am telling you is that the 939 cpu is a 1000HTT cpu, and the NF3 chipset is only an 800HTT link. The NF3 DFI 939 AGP will run at 1000HTT, but it will not run much over it, and neither will any NF3 chipset.

If you have a problem with this, I suggest you contact Nvidia since they make the chipset, then contact AMD since they make the cpu. Everyone wanted this 939 + AGP but no one thought about the fact that only one other company made a board like this because of the differences in cpu and chipset.

Rgone and I have done everything possible to alert them to the problems you have brought to our attention. As with the cold boot, we have done everything we can do for you, the only people that can help you are the ones in the address above.

If you want to complain about how I or DFI treats you since I wont allow you to rant and rave and carry on like a bunch of wild monkies, go find another place to do it. If you want to file lawsuits then go do that too.

This forum is for support, and it is for supporting those who come here looking for help. It is not for tolerating this crap I have seen lately going on. I understand frustration when something doesnt work. I don't go around trolling, flaming, ranting and raving and posting them multiple times to try and get a reaction.

I simply post my problem, if no one responds I contact the company directly, and if no one fixes it or responds, I send my product back and choose another and be done with it. Period. You need to learn to do the same thing instead of carrying on for more than a month. If your product doesn't work by day 29 out of the 30 day return period, you need to give up and get something else, or be mature when you visit the support forum (and email) and try to get some help instead of acting like wild animals throwing feces all over me, the forum, the company, and each other.

Dont give me explanations of your consumer laws as I am not interested in them. Dont mention to me your threats because I am not interested in them either. Post correctly or begone.


take note: most of you in this thread have done exactly the right things...discussing in an adult manner all the problems you find with the board. We have alerted TW to these.

Onde evitare di dire mezze verita' e informazioni errate........il FASTWRITE va SEMPRE DISABILITATO quando si vuole overclocckare una scheda video!!!!


Non e' solo un problema della 6800 !
Non importa che sia Ati o nVidia...se overclocki la vga DEVI disabilitarlo!
