Canon EOS 400D, the next generation D-SLR . Featuring a 10.1 Megapixel CMOS sensor, new EOS Integrated Cleaning System, larger and brighter 2.5 LCD and 9-point AF, the model is predicted to take the lead as the world's most popular camera. It is positioned above the EOS 350D, currently the fastest selling SLR camera of all time. As well as the EOS Integrated Cleaning System, the EOS 400D incorporates a number of developments over the EOS 350D. Resolution increases from 8.0 to 10.1 Megapixels, using the superior hi-sensitivity, hi-speed, low-noise CMOS technology now found in all six EOS Digital models. At nearly twice the size of the EOS 350D display, the 2.5” hi-resolution LCD is the brightest in the EOS range and now displays all of key shooting and user interface information along with image playback. The AF system expands from 7 to 9-point, with a highly sensitive f/2.8 center point for exceptional performance in low light. Even with the image resolution increase, maximum frame burst almost doubles from 14 to 27 large JPEGs and from 5 to 10 RAW.

The EOS 400D is the first camera to incorporate the EOS Integrated Cleaning System. Based on significant research into the causes of dust in D-SLR cameras, the system combats dust in three important ways: Reduce, Repel and Remove.

1. Reduce - Internal camera mechanisms are designed to minimise dust generation. The body cap is redesigned to prevent dust generation through wear on the cap itself.

2. Repel - Anti-static technologies are applied to the low-pass filter covering the front of the sensor so as not to attract dust.

3. Remove - A Self-Cleaning Sensor Unit uses hi-frequency vibrations to shake dust from the low pass filter for a period of approximately one second after each start up. For instant shooting after power up, this feature is disabled immediately the shutter release is depressed.

Canon has also developed an internal Dust Delete Data system, which can map the position of any visible dust on the sensor. This can then be deleted automatically after the shoot with the latest Digital Photo Professional software.

The upgrade path to the EOS 400D from earlier EOS models is made easy by maintaining the same intuitive user interface and basic layout of key features and functions. Photographers are also able to use the same battery and Battery Grip BG-E3 as used on the EOS 350D, as well as continued support for all EF and EF-S lenses, EX Speedlites and EOS accessories.

tutti i dati che hai messo non servono... dipende.. da che obiettivo ci monti su..

se prendi il 18-55 del kit avrai un po di grandangolo (pari a 28mm su fotocamera con pellicola)... se vuoi andare oltre devi acquistare altri obiettivi...

non ho detto questo... se la prendi in kit un obiettivo c'è già...

il termine grandangolo preso da solo, senza un dato geometrico ha poco significato...

c'è il grandangolo da 24mmm, quello da 28mm e quello da 35... e tutti e tre inquadrano diversamente

Forse dovresti prima capire cos'è una reflex (DSLR) come la 400D..
Di per sè la 400D non ha un obiettivo "fisso" come per le compatte, ma ci puoi montare qualsiasi obiettivo compatibile.


Questa è la 400D, come vedi gli manca un "pezzo", l'obiettivo.


In questa foto ha un obiettivo montato.

Quindi la tua domanda ha poco senso. A seconda dell'obiettivo che ci monti, avrai un grandangolo, normale o tele..

Solitamente le reflex vengono vendute assieme ad un obiettivo "standard", in kit, che nel caso di Canon è un 18-55mm, quindi se la compri in kit con questo obiettivo ti ritrovi con un grandangolo, non troppo spinto però, e con distorsioni abbastanza spinte.

ciao ,in effetti ! non e per me ma devo fare un regalo di compleanno ,e prima di spendere soldi inutili volevo sapere quale prendere ,ora o capito cose una reflex e cose' il grandangolo,ne avevo una mezza idea ma con le foto messe e le spiegazioni date o capito meglio .
vi chiedo ancora qualche consiglio: la persona interessata e un po pratica ,volevo sapere oltre la canon ce qualche altro modello interessante sui €600,00 ? premetto che dovrebbe essere sia auto che manuale ,la persona che la userebbe trema non poco cosi penso dovrebbe a vere un buon stabilizzatore ,vorrei stare dai 9mpx in su .cosa mi consigliate?

i megapixel nel mondo reflex non contano poi molto. anzi avvolte possono creare + rumore nella fotografia. già 6 megapixel sono molti. non ti fare influenzare dai megapixel.
guarda anche le nikon entry level. magari con 600 euro trovi un kit + un tele.

la sigla digital rebel xt dovrebbe indicare la 350D...è solo la denominazione americana ( la 400D mi sembra sia digital rebel xti)
zoom e qualità come al solito la fanno l'obiettivo...ricordalo
se prendi l'obiettivo che danno con la macchina avrai poca qualità (paragonata al mondo reflex naturalmente) e zoom 3X


comunque considera che le canon non hanno uno stabilizzatore interno ma hanno obiettivi stabilizzati (che costicchiano)

forse se l'uso dello stabilizzatore è cosi essenziale conviene buttarti su pentax o olympus che ce l'hanno integrato nel corpo macchina
