Hard Disk SEAGATE - Termini di garanzia
Vi risulta che per avvalersi della garanzia Seagate sugli hard disk non è richiesta alcuna prova d'acquisto (scontrino/fattura)?

Non ne sono completamente sicuro, ma credo che basti avere il numero di serie dell'hd.

Ha ragione Robertin, quando fai la procedura di richesta di codice RMA, ti basta avere il codice e il suo seriale...l'ho fatto tre volte!!!!

We would like to inform you that if your faulty drive is under warranty Seagate do not require any receipt of purchase to create an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization). To get your technical queries addressed or to confirm if the drive is faulty, kindly contact our Technical Support at 00-800-4732-4283. You may also e-mail them at Disc.Support@seagate.com. If they confirm that your drive needs to be replaced, you may create the RMA# (Return Material Authorization) online for your drive using the simple instructions given below. Please first check the warranty of your drive on our website. http://support.seagate.com/customer/...validation.jsp If in warranty, please Click the "Create RMA" button at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to our Returns system and asked to submit your contact information to create a User Profile.
