...come si aggiungono le cose nel menù "invia a" che ti mostra quando clicchi col destro su un file

Devi mettere un collegamento all'applicazione che vuoi che compaia nel menù nella cartella Send To che si trova sotto Documents and Setting\Tuo Profilo.
