Creare DHCP con un PC è possibile ?
Salve,
è possibile utilizzare un computer per creare un server DHCP ? Se si, con quale programma possibilmente free se esiste ? Grazie 1000, Salvatore |

If by PC you mean Personal Computer..
the answer is of course you can. After all a server is a computer, isn't it!
The complexity or simplicity depend at what Layer of the ISO model the DHCP is to be used. At the Data Link, Layer 2 level, can be a simple router with DHCP capability. At the Network Internet, Layer 3 level, the procedure can be very complex and expensive. As for the free software, if you have a Windows 2000 system, you already own a DHCP server. http://www.wilsonmar.com/1isotp.htm
