Disinstalla qualunque software di sicurezza (antivirus, antimalware, MalwareBytes, ...)
Configura il PC per un avvio pulito, disabilitando i servizi di terze parti e le applicazioni all'avvio. Ovvero, in Gestione attività, scheda Avvio disabilita tutto Apri msconfig, scheda Servizi disattiva tutti i servizi non Microsoft. Se sei in overclock, disabilitalo e ripristina frequenze e voltaggi di default. Aggiorna tutti i driver del sistema. Ti posto i link. Con questo abbiamo fatto tutti i test possibili , se continua a dare problemi, le opzioni sono due: - l'installazione di Windows è compromessa - c'è un componente danneggiato Quindi direi di provare a reinstallare Windows in-place, senza formattare. E se il problema persiste provare con un'installazione pulita. E' una perdita di tempo, ma così almeno sei sicuro che non è colpa di Windows o dei driver.

Se sei in overclock, disabilitalo e ripristina le frequenze di default.
Se hai antivirus o antimalware, disinstallali. Poi segui questa procedura. Gestione attività -> Scheda Avvio -> Seleziona i programmi uno per uno e clicca su Disabilita. Poi Start -> digita "msconfig". Nel pannello di configurazione che si apre vai alla scheda Servizi Spunta "Nascondi tutti i servizi Microsoft Clicca su Disabilita tutto. Riavvia e rifai i test di latenza.

L'ipotesi guasto hardware sta diventando la più probabile.
I componenti sono ancora in garanzia? Secondo me nell'ordine devi provare queste cose: - Provare singolarmente ciascun modulo di RAM e vedere come si comportano. - Fare un reset del BIOS, scollegare tutte le periferiche non essenziali per l'avvio del sistema e disabilitare tutto quello che puoi nel BIOS. In particolare scollega scheda video e usa la scheda integrata, scollega tutte le periferiche SATA, disattiva la scheda di rete e la scheda wireless nel BIOS, scollega tutte le periferiche USB. Lascia solo ciò che serve per far partire il PC e vedi se hai ancora latenze alte. Se il problema scompare allora una delle periferiche che hai disconnesso o spento è difettosa. - Installazione pulita di Windows sempre sull'SSD, la procedura è descritta sempre nella pagina che ti ho linkato. Devi scegliere solo di NON mantenere file e impostazioni. - Scollegare l'SSD e fare un'installazione pulita di Windows su un hard disk SATA. Se il problema scompare allora probabilmente è l'SSD danneggiato o il controller NVMe.

Prova a spegnere le ottimizzazioni di MSI afterburner, se attive. Ma se hai eseguito bene la procedura di avvio pulito dovresti aver già disabilitato tutto.

Comunque come avevo già scritto in un post precedente, mi sembra strano che sia un software a causare problemi. In realtà escluderei anche l'SSD. Questo perché oltre al driver di storage a volte anche il driver di rete ha evidenziato problemi di latenza. Quindi penso sia un problema generale di tutti i driver. Ma dato che noi stiamo stressando il driver di storage, la maggior parte dei log mostra il problema sul driver di storage. Io propenderei per RAM difettose, scheda madre difettosa o processore difettoso. Per darti un'idea, sul mio notebook dual-core con 16 GB di RAM, quindi molto meno performante del tuo, ho lasciato girare il monitor per 5 ore e la latenza più alta misurata era di 4 millisecondi. A te in alcuni casi arriva quasi al secondo. Fai l'installazione pulita sul SATA e ripeti i i test prima appena finisce di installare il sistema operativo, prima ancora di installare aggiornamenti, driver e applicazioni. Così i test sono più affidabili.

io ho 3 hard disk due da 500 e uno da un tera che li considero esterni e ci salvo tutta la roba e installo i vari giochi, però sul principale ho vari programmi che mi dispiacerebbe perdere.. non mi ricordo dove li trovai ahaha
