Vogliono un fax con lo scan della carta di credito
Solo che io ho usato la carta Postepay e non c'è scritto sulla carta il nome e cognome c'è solo il numero della carta
Non posso inviare le foto della carta per e-mail oppure devo per forza fare un fax?

Il fax dovrebbe avere valore legale, l'immagine di una carta di credito sicuramente no.
Per il nome non so, spiega loro che sulle carte tipo Postepay non c'è... suppongo capiranno...

Io capisco che vogliono un documento con numero di carta (tutto cancellato a parte le ultime 4 cifre), nome e cognome e indirizzo, perchè spediscono solo se l'indirizzo di spedizione e quello del titolare della carta coincidono. Non so se in posta ti fanno una lista movimenti o altro in cui compaia tutto questo, informati.
