Scusa Crimus, mi spieghi per bene che tipo di problema hai con i file di word per Mac?
Perché credo di averne uno simile. In pratica ho provato a modificare un file word creato con un'altra utenza Mac (sempre Admin), ma mi diceva che non possedevo il file e quindi avevo diritti di sola lettura. Provando a fare la stessa cosa, ma invertendo le utenze, anche qui solo permesso di lettura. In pratica i file di word risultano esitabili solo dalla stessa utenza che li ha creati.

Se ho ben capito come il DSM organizza le cose, esiste una cartella "homes" che contiene le "home" di ciascun utente. Le varie cartelle "home" sono viste con i nomi degli utenti solo dal gruppo admin (in realtà dovrebbero essere semplicemente dei link alle rispettive "home") mentre gli utenti "normali" vedono la propria cartella semplicemente con il nome "home".
E corretto quello che dico?

Synology has announced the beta release of DiskStation Manager (DSM) 5.2, the latest version of their powerful NAS operating system. Specifically designed to make management of private clouds more effective, secure, and intuitive, this new version adds new functionalities and updates under-the-hood.

New DSM 5.2 features include:

Streamlined application deployment and higher productivity:

The Docker has now been integrated with DSM, which allows developers to ship, and users to run, a large number of applications on a Synology NAS with the least amount of time and resources needed.
SSO Server allows users gain access to all services in the same domain using only one single log-in.
File Station now can be connected with public clouds, allowing users to browse and manage files without using bandwidth.


Faster, more customizable cloud syncing with encryption:

The smart polling technology significantly increases Cloud Station’s performance all the while reducing network traffic and server overhead.
The number of file versions is now customizable for each shared folder.

Può essere, io sto usando solo utenze Admin, quindi vedo i nomi utenti. Ma se è così, ti assicuro che il tuo problema io non ce l'ho.

Io ho avuto lo stesso problema, alla fine mi collego in OpenVPN...l'L2TP/ipsec non sono riuscito a farlo funzionare.

sul router di casa hai aperto e "forwardato" le 3 porte che servono al protocollo L2TP/ipsec?
sono la 500, 1701 e 4500, tutte UDP.

io mi collego dall'ufficio (win7 64bit) e non ho dovuto modificare nulla nel registro.
la L2TP/ipsec mi funziona anche da iPhone/iPad, ma non da Android, e non ho capito perché.
da Android mi collego con OpenVPN.
