Non so per quale motivo ma il computer si blocca continuamente senza motivo, soprattutto quando uso i giochi 3d..possono forse essere le ram?

La mia scheda madre è una ecs k7sem v1.0 con bios aggiornato all'ultima versione...come faccio a cambiare il voltaggio se nel bios non me lo permette?il link al sito produttore è il seguente:
