Network Connections - 30 secondi su 'welcome'

con la configurazione in firma stavo verificando la velocità di avvio del S.O. (w7pro 64bit)

mi sono accorto che perde troppo tempo sulla schermata di 'welcome' con il pallozzo che gira

da event viewer noto questo (in grassetto):

perdo praticamente circa 30 secondi di avvio per il servizio 'network connections'

è normale?voi che tempi registrate?
il secondo salto anomalo è quello che parla di 'volume shadow copy)
