Traformare router adsl in router "classico": HELP
Ragazzi ho un router wireless adsl. Vorrei farlo diventare un router "normale", cioè non adsl. Per normale intendo un router senza modem.
E' possibile farlo ? Lo scopo è quello di attaccarlo all'hag di fastweb, in modo da sfruttare il wireless, ma sopratutto il firewall. Il problema è che, così come è, il router ha solo una interfaccia di rete (le 4 porte ethernet), e vorrei poterne settare una in modo da farla funzionare da porta WAN. E' possibile farlo ? Magari cambiando il firmware del router, o altro. Il router che ho è un US Robotics 9106.

non è possibile disabilitare la parte di modem
