Porte USB chip VIA...
In pratica avrei un problema nell'installare le suddette porte usb 2.0 nello slot pci, il chipset della scheda è VIA, ma non me le riconosce in windowsXP....quale sarà il problema??? Siccome ho aggiornato di recente il BIOS, ci sarà qualke impostazione ke devo attivare per gli slot pci??? L'unica cosa ke ho notato ke riguardava pci entrando nel bios era "PCI/VGA PALETTE SNOOP", ed era messo a disable...ke cos'è questa opzione???
Grazie  P.S: L'ho provato su un altro pc è funziona...

Non ho seguito quella discussione, ma mi pare di capire che a volte la scheda viene riconosciuta, altre volte no (dipende dal sistema).
Per tranquillità direi che è meglio cambiare (tanto più che ora una schedina PCI usb costa sui 10 euro).
