L'azienda di Redmond ha deciso di non aggiornare più il Lumia 640 che dunque non potrà vedere l'ultimo update di Windows 10 Fall Creators. Gli utenti, rimasti ormai veramente pochi, non saranno certamente contenti.

Oggi, poi, mi metto e faccio un bell'hard reset totale del mio 1520, per ridargli una rinfrescata (da WP8.0 gli avevo fatto fare tutti gli aggiornamenti OTA di fila... col risultato che ora Win Update da problemi).

Che bello, un sistema con poche utili feature nuove, ma con tantissimi bugfix e miglioramenti alle prestazioni... il mio sogno!

Il supporto al lumia 735 è stato tagliato a creator update, che ha ricevuto solo in versione insider, quindi non è più supportato dalle nuove versioni di windows 10 mobile.

lo so, non avrei dovuto nemmeno averlo... infatti mi sono iscritto come insider per risolvere il problema, quello che chiedo è che release è quella più recente scaricabile per mobile, visto che tra quella che ho su pc (sempre insider) e quella sul cell c'è differenza (ma magari la mia insider su cell corrisponde a quella che stanno per rilasciare visto che la insider la rilasciano mesi prima della release per uso comune)

lo so, non avrei dovuto nemmeno averlo... infatti mi sono iscritto come insider per risolvere il problema, quello che chiedo è che release è quella più recente scaricabile per mobile, visto che tra quella che ho su pc (sempre insider) e quella sul cell c'è differenza (ma magari la mia insider su cell corrisponde a quella che stanno per rilasciare visto che la insider la rilasciano mesi prima della release per uso comune)

Quella che hai sul telefono è creator update, la nuova, fall creator update, è la 1709, che mi pare sia numerata con 15252.

Era anche il mio quando ho acquistato il primo smartphone Windows Phone 7.5, e infine un paio di Windows Phone 8 per moglie e figlia. Nessuno vedrà aggiornamenti, però, e questo nonostante le promesse fatte.

Poco male: Microsoft s'è giocata tutta la sua credibilità in questa porcata, e non vedrà i miei soldi in futuro, se non davanti a SOLIDISSIME quote di mercato che garantiscano il necessario supporto.
