Problema con il file hwsetup.c (di Knoppix) con avvio di Linux da penna usb
Salve! Sono nuova in questo forum.
Sto installando una distribuzione Linux su una penna USB. Dopo aver configurato il kernel, ho installato la shell di Bash, il grub e i seguenti packages: coreutils, e2fsprogs, sysvinit, util-linux. Ora vorrei che all'avvio di Linux dalla penna, fosse riconosciuto il mouse. Ho modificato, quindi, il file hwsetup.c di knoppix (che effettua il riconoscimento delle periferiche) come segue: Codice:

Sembrerebbe che il problema sia nella funzione probeDevices (richiamata all'interno della funzione hw_setup), ma non riesco a capirne il motivo. Scommetterei che al momento di eseguire quel programma il sysfs non è montato.
Comunque non devi reinventarti tutta la ruota, udev/udevd dovrebbe essere in grado di rilevare l'hw da solo e caricare i moduli appositi.
