[Help] Ho un q6600 ed il mio pc vede solo 2 CPU, cosa faccio?
Ragazzi un aiutino: a gennaio ho comprato un assemblato Acer modello Veriton M661 con queste spec
Intel Q6600 Core 2 Quad 2,40 ghz HD 2 x 320GB sata RAM 2 GB DDR2 Geforce 8500 GT Windows Vista Home Premium Ultimamente io ho formattato il disco C (per togliere tutti i programmi rubbish di Acer), ho istallato Windows Ultimate e sostituito la 8500 con la asus EN8800GT 1 GB DDR3. Il computer va molto bene, però se faccio il dxdiag mi esce fuori alla voce processori: Intel Q6600 Core 2 Quad 2,40 ghz (2 CPUs), mentre altri con cui parlo mi dicono che il loro sistema ne vede 4. Cosa posso fare? Grazie mille in anticipo. P.S. anche il task manager vede 2 CPU |

dovresti entrare nel bios e vedere se ci sono delle voci che fanno riferimento al supporto multi-core/multithreading

Purtroppo nel bios è abilitato il multi core e nel task manager sempre 2 ne vedo

Se è un Q6600... beh la storia dei core fallati potrebbe essere, visto che son 2 E6600 appiccicati insieme, se uno salta, rimango 2 core... però è strano

con la combinazinoe ctrl+alt+canc dovresti accedere al task manager e poi da li vai su prestazioni controlla che ci siano 4 quadratini delle prestazioni relativi al processore... poi prova con cpu-z per vedere che processore rileva e quanti core...

a questo punto, se non sei tanto smanettone, porta il pc da qualcuno che conosci fidato che può risolverti il problema, magari con un aggiornamento del bios o provando con un altro processore QUAD
