running X as non-root
A quanto pare dopo xserver 1.5 hanno trovato nuovamente il modo per non far funzionare i driver proprietari su fedora 10

è vero, sembra che facciano apposta...
Fedora would be quite happy to ship a non-root Xorg as it saves us a lot of security holes, and we don't ship binary drivers Detto in altre parole "noi non distribuiamo driver closed quindi la cosa non ci interessa" fanno presto a risolvere i problemi cosi...  ben venga comunque se serve a rendere piu sicuro il sistema, i driver closed si adatteranno di conseguenza prima o poi. |
